Antonio Zarco

I’m a computer science student at UNAM. I build across algorithms and data structures, machine learning and computer vision, concurrent systems, and full-stack web apps — from a PyTorch model that now powers a production dictionary to a terminal maze game written in C.

What I work on

Algorithms & Data Structures

Implemented BFS, DFS, Prim's, and Kruskal's for maze generation and solving in Java.

Machine Learning

Fine-tuned BERT and trained CNN/LSTM models for fake news detection.

Computer Vision

Built a PyTorch CNN for kanji character recognition used in production.

Software Engineering

Designed concurrent systems using sockets, threads, and Observer/Publisher patterns.

Web Development

Shipped Kanji Ji — a full-stack dictionary with Next.js, React, and Supabase.

Systems Programming

Wrote a terminal-based maze game in C with custom rendering and memory management.
